Perfect for families on the move

The staff were surprisingly helpful when we arrived late, they set up the kids' beds in just a couple minutes, which was a relief after a long drive. The kids loved the pool, it felt like a little oasis amidst our road trip chaos, allowing them to unwind.

It wasn’t the cheapest option out there but still manageable.

Upon arrival late at night, only one bed was prepared, and we had to set up the sofa bed ourselves, which added unexpected stress. Breakfast options felt lacking for the price, with coffee also carrying a hefty charge that didn’t feel justified after our service experience. The corridors could use some sprucing up, and the dining area had some noticeable delays in service. it seemed chaos ruled during peak times, making meals somewhat of a wait. Plus, the lone toaster at breakfast created a bottleneck, making it tough to snag a quick bite.

Great family getaway

We loved our stay here! The family room was super spacious—perfect for the kiddos to crash after playing on the big lawn. The pool was nice, though a bit chilly! Breakfast was a steal, kids ate free! One thing tho, the restaurant service could've been quicker during peak times.

The hotel had a lovely outdoor area that was perfect for relaxing moments. Staff were quite accommodating and made a fuss over the kids, which was appreciated. the corridors did feel a bit worn and could use a little refreshing overall.

the novotel is perfectly located just off the a26, making it very easy to get to from the autoroute. our room was clean, modern, and had all the essentials. we especially enjoyed the cheerful service in the restaurant. the outdoor pool is a fantastic perk for relaxing after a long drive.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfy double bed and a sofa bed. Loved the hot, powerful shower and the little mini fridge was a nice touch. Plenty of space to hang clothes, too. It felt modern and had everything we needed. Just a heads up, the smoking smell was off-putting. the vibe was nice though!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, a bar area, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I recall on my first stay, the staff assisted me with printing important documents, which was a great help. I recommend enjoying the comfortable lounge for relaxation. I'll be coming back for Easter.
